How long does shipping take for a new bicycle?
Most bikes are processed within 2 business days and delivered via specialized courier within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your bike leaves our warehouse.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and instructions with every order.
What is your return policy for gear and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused accessories and apparel in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles that have been ridden outdoors cannot be returned for a full refund.
Do your bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all MR. BIKE SHOP frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, while components are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
How do I choose the right frame size?
We provide a detailed sizing chart on every product page based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
