At MR. BIKE SHOP, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items, including all original tags and manuals, into the shipping box and include your printed RMA form inside.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the equipment to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
